Our aim at Cristal Ladieswear is to get your purchases out to you as quickly as possible, with this in mind we do our very best to dispatch your parcel the same day (if order placed by 2pm). Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us in its original condition with the labels and packaging intact, within 7 days of your order date. For a full refund excluding postage and packaging, buyers will be responsible for the cost of the return; unless the items are deemed to be faulty we will refund the total amount including postage and packaging, or offer an alternative including postage and packaging.
