Returns If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us in its original condition with the labels and packaging intact, within 7 days of your order date. For a full refund excluding postage and packaging, buyers will be responsible for the cost of the return; unless the items are deemed to be faulty we will refund the total amount including postage and packaging, or offer an alternative including postage and packaging.
